Here’s a collection of links to various DIY renewable power sites. A word of caution, DIY energy is not as easy as some would make it out to be. It’s a lot of hard and often tedious work, but it can be rewarding as heck. If you’d like to check out the DIY path, here are some good links -

Off the grid living is not for everyone, but it might interest you, or you can take the information they’ve learned and apply it to your needs. Renewable energy is very flexible like that.
