Hi, I'm Aussie Bob :)
I'm a passionate yet sensible advocate for renewable energies and self sufficiency, without being too self righteous or preachy about the matter. Folks who get real preachy and self righteous about climate change really get under my skin. That's not the way to encourage others to consider clean renewable energy solutions.
We have freely at our disposal the single largest energy source and sustainer of all life in our solar system, so it's just a matter of us being willing and able to tap into that massive energy source. Imagine a future with no pollution, with energy being supplied by clean renewable sources.
The sun is free. The oil companies don't own it. They can't control it. They can't charge us to use it. The sun never breaks down, never has a day off, and there's at least 6 BILLION years of energy supply left there. Makes sense to tap into that energy source.
